Sales agreement : Sold as is, this agreement will apply to goods sold as is and mostly being second hand with out warranty or goods sold under consignment for a third party. We take all reasonable care in establishing correct information regarding all equipment sold. BUT we take no responsibility for fause or misleading information supplied by a third party. Any goods sold under this agreement are not returnable for any reason. If delivery is to be made to a private address, in the event no one is home to take delivery when driver calls, the drivers are instructed to leave your parcel in an out of weather and out of sight location on your property. If this is not to your liking, then please put authority to leave in a particular spot on the property or next door under special instructions on the order. Please note: While most orders will be delivered within 7 to 14 days, please allow up to 21 days during holiday periods and some times we get busy. All claims for damaged goods or missing bits must be made within 24 hours of receipt of order. All shipping cost have been quoted for Australian main land only, all other destinations including overseas orders will require extra freight cost.
